The Reluctant Clairsentient

allknowing

From the age of four, I was able to see spirits and ghosts who manifested to me like live people.  For the most part, these spirits and ghosts were benign going about their business in the house where I lived as a child.  As an adult, I am no longer able to see the physical manifestation of these spirits or ghosts, but I began to hear and see visions of ghosts and spirits, and their stories after my Kundalini energy rose.

One such experience during my visit there involved a vision of a location where a woman committed suicide in Corning, New York. While awake, I saw the exact location where she killed herself, and saw the view of the river and bridge where she jumped to her death.  This vision was so strange to me as I had never visited Corning, New York before.  The next day, I saw this exact location where I envisioned this. While standing at this location, I saw a vision of this woman who told me her sad tale of despair and loss, and told me that she wanted someone to know what happened to her.

I became frightened by all this, and quickly left this location.  There have been other incidents where I heard voices of the deceased, and sometimes, I felt them touching me.  As I child, I hoped that if I ignored all this, it would all go away, but as an adult now, I wonder if there is something I can do to help these spirits and ghosts.  It appears that many had untimely deaths, and needed some peace and resolution.

What I have been told is that I have clairsentience as I am able to feel the physical and emotional pain of others through contacts with their energy fields and can use energy healing to ease their pain, relate to ghosts and spirits of the dead, and see future and past events including my own past lives, and can witness present day events remotely. I had experienced these phenomena to a lesser degree for most of my life before the rise of my Kundalini energy, believe these are gifts given to me for a reason, and will use them to help others. 1. Qui gong and especially riki may be good to use to heal them, both are rather easy if you can visualize and use intention.
