Moving Past the Drama

Until my recent transformation, I was unaware that I created, invited, or associated with people who love to bring drama into my life.  When we are emotionally injured and wounded, we feel like a victim.  In this capacity, we continue to feel wronged, taken advantage of, and worthless.  Playing the victim is living a horrible life of feeling disempowered, sad, and stuck.

When I began my transformation, I started to see clearly how I created and invited drama into my life.  Drama is our refusal to resolve within ourselves or acceptance our life struggles.  We are unable to accept our life struggles because we continue to feel like a victim as we blame others for our plight in life, and we feel even more disempowered while the cycle continues around and around.

To get out of the victimhood filled with drama and pain, we must begin to take responsibility for our lives.  The first thing I did was to accept my struggles as difficult as they may be or to resolve this struggle within my life.  Most drama are self created to seek attention and play the victim. Then I began to rid those who treated me as a victim because they continue the cycle of my drama.  Sometimes, they would instigate more drama by pointing out what a victim I am in a certain situation.

I no longer invite or create drama in my life, and do not react to those who try to make me a victim.  I further do not accept those who love to bring their drama into my life as I set healthy boundaries with those around me.  I am happy to share their struggles, but the minute they refuse to take responsibility for their struggles, blame others, refuse to resolve these struggles within then they are bringing their drama into my life.

Once we remove our drama and those who bring drama into our lives, we begin to live a more peaceful existence and much happier quality of life. (Copyright 2016 Awakening Journey with All Rights Reserved)
