  1. Not really. We complain to express, which is very powerful. And if something is bothering us, we can’t let it go because we haven’t resolved it. And we can’t accept it either because we haven’t resolved it.
Anything we let go of, is because we have resolved it within. Until that time it stays with us until we do.
The ‘problem’ has great purpose, it is asking us to look within and ‘see’ why we are as we are.
That is how we heal…from anything.
Have a beautiful day kind lady, may we all resolve and heal our ‘madness’ ๐Ÿ˜€

    1. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and comments with me. Maybe the difference is between complaining which involves ruminating in our problems and resolving which involves processing our problems. Maybe it is just semantics? We can complain repeatedly without actually resolving anything. In resolving our problems, we either accept it or change it, rights? Sending love and blessings!

      1. You are correct my friend, it can be semantics…and both ๐Ÿ˜€
In the end, a process of change occurs for us all, and like all else in this world, we all do it differently ๐Ÿ˜€
Love and light to you also, have a beautiful day ๐Ÿ˜€
