Energetic Detox

I was not fully aware of the concept of energetic detoxification until I left my 9 to 5 job recently.  This is quite eye opening for me. I left my job about a month ago, and during this time, I moved my home and released much of my past through giving and selling my possessions. I found this release process emotionally draining, but also invigorating.   Each day after packing up my belonging and watching them leave my home, I felt a great sense of energetically release.

However, after a month, I am still physically and mentally exhausted. This second phase of release, I believe, involves releasing the toxic energy from those I formerly work with. My energy level now is still low, as this toxic energy must be released before my energy is replenished and renewed.  Accordingly to another friend of mine who is going through a similar process, she shared that it may take months to replenish and renew our energy.

This simply does not surprise me as I worked with many toxic individuals for two and one-half years which took a great toll on my body, emotionally, and mentally.  The process of replenishing this energy involves spending alone time, spending time in nature, and emotionally processing the toxicity from that job.  With each day, the toxic energy is dissipating, and hopefully, I will feel renewed this fall to begin my new venture and consulting firm.  (Copyright 2019 Awakening Journey with All Rights Reserved)
