Staying Conscious During the Coronavirus Epidemic

During the Coronavirus epidemic, staying conscious is so crucial to our physical and mental health.  The fear and panic that is raised during this time can cause us to become physically run down and emotionally distressed.  During this period of isolation for many, I intend to use this time for self care, emotional healing, and introspection.  This is the perfect time to contemplate about our inner life, particularly when most social and public events are closed or postponed.

I use Emotional Release Practice to handle the overwhelming feelings of fear and panic with each new media coverage of viral spread and more cases of Coronovirus victims.  Please see Emotional Release Practice  to help you with fear and panic during this epidemic.  I recommend restricting social media and news media coverage that will help reduce fear and panic, but keep updated on the CDC or State Public Health Press Releases.  Using this time wisely by spending time exercising, making healthy meals, reading a good book, clean your house (finally), making art, enjoying music, enjoy the outdoors, and of course, quality time with your loved ones!  Using Reiki therapy from a distance, and spending time outdoors and with your pet companions are good ways to boost your immune system against the virus.

This period of time does not need to be negative, depressing, or morbid.  It gives us the opportunity to take care of ourselves, slow down, and do the things we never have time to do!  This is one way of living consciously that transcends beyond our human fears.  Take care during this time. 1. Also staying “coherent”. I saw someone was basically defining coherent as “unity”. I twerked it bit for them and said it’s more like “keeping it together”, like someone who keeps their head in a crisis, while other are freaking out, ya know, exactly like now.

Many who are not “awake” are now kinda being forced to go inward / sit within themselves. This situation has been a blessing in many ways. Dual meaning of Chaos = Crisis or Opportunity, which do you choose?

Thanks for your wise words. I’ll put a link on my blog.

    1. Once we awaken, we realize that we are much more than our physical bodies, human frailties, and human fears. We are all one and Infinite, and then panic and fear no longer make sense! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. Sending love and peace!

  2. Yes we most certainly can do ‘us’ at this time. Closing the world away a bit and not be distracted by its ‘life’.
It will be a calming time and probably only realise it when we go back into it and realise just how unwound, unstressed and peaceful we have become 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
