Is It Just Fear of the Coronavirus?

During the Novel Coronavirus panedemic (Covid-19), I have observed many people overcome by their fears.  I feel and see panic, fear, and anxiety taking over the actions and lives of many people in the U.S.  Case in point, during the first week of the pandemic quarantine/lockdown, my partner received an unexpected text from a childhood friend who told him to “f*** off” along with other expletives, because my partner had not been in regular touch.  I believe this former friend is in financial crisis due to the pandemic, he is at high risk for contracting Covid-19 as well as his daughter and his elderly parents. This man is overwhelmed and emotionally over the edge.

As a Reiki therapy practitioner, I have scanned and read the aura/energy fields of many clients, friends, and family.  Energy does not lie and cannot be hidden from the practitioner.  What I observed and experienced is that each person has an emotional landscape created by a certain vibrational frequency or signature.  Our emotional landscape is the compilations of all our emotional experiences from our present and past lifetimes.   Throughout these lifetimes, we may have experienced trauma, such as the death of someone close to us, war, famine, childhood tragedy, and other trauma such as emotional, sexual, or physical abuse.   These experiences form our emotional landscape and create a certain vibrational frequency or signature within our energy field or aura. This vibrational frequency or signature acts as a baseline for our emotional landscape.

If we have unresolved traumas from our present or past lives, we may have a low or negative vibrational frequency or signature.  If these traumas are unresolved, stress or pain is created within our emotional landscape causing blockages within our chakras, meridians, and energy field/aura.  I believe this is the real “stress or pain” within all individuals.  Any external difficulties or obstacles, such as any threats, a pandemic, traffic, work issues, personal conflicts, financial problems, etc. can trigger this internal stress or pain creating a nervous breakdown, mental illness, physical illness, and stress related injuries or sickness, such as back strain, neck pain, heart attacks, etc.

Generally, people are not conscious and are unaware of their internal stress or pain.  Therefore, most people blame their stress or pain on external forces, and unaware that the external forces are merely triggers of their internal stress or pain within.  Until we recognize that this internal stress and pain exist within our emotional landscape, and confront our traumas and emotional experiences reflecting our negative or low vibrational frequency, we will continue to suffer this stress and pain. Negative emotions, such as fear, hate, resentment, jealousy, envy, etc, will continue to arise within us, and we continue to react to these negative emotions through negative behaviors or actions.  When we are unaware of the origin of this stress and pain, we continue this cycle of arising negative emotions with the companion negative behaviors and reactions.

During the Novel Coronavirus pandemic, be aware of the negative emotions arising within you. Determine the origin of this negative emotion, and address the underlying fear, stress, or pain. Try to refrain from reacting or acting out on these negative emotions to stay emotionally healthy during this time.   Since we have so much time to think about the pandemic during the quarantine/lockdown, our minds are working overtime, and we feel emotionally overwhelmed. Don’t forget self care by taking a break from social media and the news media, exercising regularly, enjoying nature, eating healthy, and resting/sleeping to stay healthy during this time!
