  1. I fell into my thoughts often and in doing so realized what it was doing…teaching me to let go. Doubt and fears are like a looped recording spreading their tentacles into everything. Once I understood my fear, that very act turned it off. The chatter of ‘what if’ left me…then without that constant ‘on guard’ the world changed, because I had, and such beauty now opened. Great share dear lady, may you find that understanding within 😀❤️🙏🏽
