PATHWAY TO JOY AND HEALING

My heart sings to the sky,

For it is a song I have always sung.

I had just forgotten the melody,

Now the songs are what I hear.

To allow me to hear silence again,

Beautiful silence with only lyrics of bliss,

Ringing in my mind.

Peace like ringing a deep resonating bell.

As I stand in the meadow with looming peaks,

The air warm and sun inviting against my face.

A day to rejoice the spring,

To absorb all the vast beauty around me.
