PATHWAY TO JOY AND HEALING

During our spiritual journey, there may be times that we get stuck in situations repeating the same lessons and unable to move forward. This may be that we are emotionally connected with someone or some place in our life.  I have witnessed many who have been stuck in psychological therapy because they were emotionally attached to their therapist and unable to move forward emotionally because they cannot leave that therapist.  Other situations may be fear of leaving a relationship or a job that we have become dependent upon.

Moving forward means letting go of things, people, situations, or places that we have outgrown.  You will know that you have outgrown them because it feels like going backwards or staying in the same place.  It does not feel like moving forward as it feels old, worn, and tiresome. A light bulb will go off in our heads telling us that we have been here before, and it’s getting old.  Energetically, we will feel a different energy frequency then those we have outgrown as we may be vibration at a different frequency than we were earlier.

This is when we must give our intentions to move forward to a new way of being and living a different life.  Many who experience this feeling will get a new job, move to a new place, leave a relationship, begin a new relationship, or simply change their life as they know it.  This takes courage.  Once we have mustered up the courage, we give our intention to the Universe and then we move towards beginning a new life for ourselves.
