In a world with more and more spiritual teachers, gurus and coaches springing up on a daily basis, as well as tons of resources on personal and spiritual development available not only in bookstores but also online, things may become somewhat confusing.
On the one hand it’s great that we are now able to access all this information quite easily, not only through good old books, but also via all sorts of websites, through social media or even on YouTube. On the other hand, however, we might run into the issue of being confronted with inaccurate or conflicting information and start wondering which of the sources are actually reliable, and which ones may be uninformed, incomplete, if not downright misleading and potentially harmful.
