PATHWAY TO JOY AND HEALING

On our spiritual journeys, we encounter people who help us learn our life lessons.  I believe those we encounter serve as our teachers for our life lessons and we serve as teacher for their life lessons.  I encountered two very important people shortly after my awakening, who served as teachers for my life lessons.  Both showed me clearly what still needed healing in my life.  They showed me clearly the unhealthy dynamics that still exists in my life with men and women.

I saw the unhealthy dynamics including dependency, dysfunction, negative karma, and abuse between us.  I also saw these dynamics between the two of them as well.  I believe that the purpose of our interaction as we are all awakened individuals is to see what is still unhealed within all of us, and the emotional, psychological, and spiritual work that still needs to be done.

It is through these two individuals that I am able to see myself so clearly.   I saw what brought up fear, distrust, suspicion, jealousy, resentment, hurt, and pain still remaining in my life and reflected in my painbody and chakras. As I continue to heal, these negative emotions are dissipating.  I no longer feel jealousy, suspicion, and resentment toward this woman, or fear, distrust, and hurt involving his man.  It is through understanding, compassion, and love that we forgive ourselves and them for what happened in the past.

We no longer hang onto what they did to us or what we did to them, and just let it go as it no longer matters.  We send love to them to help them heal as we continue to heal ourselves.  It is like water under the bridge. (Copyright 2014 Living Wide Awake with All Rights Reserved)
