PATHWAY TO JOY AND HEALING

Last night, I awoke in the middle for the night with fears of moving forward, and it brought back my old patterns from my past.  This time, however, I did not act on these old triggers and patterns.  When I was in this old place again, I realized that I was the only one suffering unnecessarily. I realized that the only way past this point is to let go of my past, so I can grow into the woman I am intended to be.

I was able to return to sleep, and my answer to my fears came in a vivid dream. In this dream, I was on a journey to an unknown place, and I met people along the way, some I knew well and others were strangers. Some these people I know from my past, and these and others in this dream began to care for me and look out for me.  There were spontaneous acts of love toward me, and I was so moved by their actions.  From my conversation with them, I received messages of encouragement and love.

When I awoke this morning, my fears subsided, and I felt this utter calm that suddenly came over me.  This has happened on several other occasions without any explanation, I felt this overwhelming feeling of joy and utter contentment.  Sometimes, it would be in the middle of playing my guitar, and other times, I would be glassblowing, usually during a right brain activity such as doing art or playing music.

These messages from dreams guided by my subconscious, higher self, or intuitive self help me move forward on my spiritual journey to an unknown destination.
