Finding Our Place in the World

While on our spiritual journeys, we seek to find ourselves and who we really are within. I am finally finding my place in the world.  We find out what we truly love, what makes up tick, and who we really are.  When we are traumatized as children, we lose our way, and seek love from wherever and whomever we can find it.  We mold ourselves to those we meet in the hopes of becoming the person they like.

When we begin to heal our emotional wounds, we stop seeking love from others as that love grows within us for ourselves.  We no longer need others approval and adoration, because what others think of us no longer determines our self esteem or self worth. We begin to find our place in the world.

We no longer convince ourselves that what others think of us matters, and finally, we free ourselves of the bondage and prison we have built for ourselves.   This prison is one of our own making, torturing and flogging ourselves when others don’t like us, or disapproves of us.  Once we free ourselves of these shackles, we are free to love what we truly love and be the person we are intended to be.

No longer do we persuade others that we are “just like them!”  Find your soul within to become the person you are intended to be, and free yourself from the self created bondage.  May you find your place in the world, Brooke (Copyright 2014 Kundalini Spirit with All Rights Reserved)
