Getting a Reboot

illustration-02-spiritual-step-release-guilt-anger-sadness-and-fear

My most recent experiences on my spiritual journey has been nothing short of amazing.  What I am feeling this past week is the experience of being rebooted like a computer, and restarting.   The past events and even recent events in my life have happened, but it doesn’t bother me as it did in the past. This is a miracle.  I recall these events, but they have no emotions attached to them.

It simply does not matter that those events occurred, and I begin afresh with these same people who injured or I perceived injured me.  My relationships with them feel differently to me within as the fear finally has fallen away from my life.  This experience is what I have dreamed about in my mind, but I never thought I would experience it in real life.

Now, I am able to see these individuals much more objectively instead of through my previous hurt or injured lenses. I still see their personalities, behaviors, and intentions, but I no longer filter them through the lenses of my past emotional history.  This is what emotional healing can do for your life.

It has changed the quality of my life, and allows me to be able to coexist with nearly everyone without fear, sadness, anger, guilt, or suspicion.  May you finding healing for your life!  (Copyright 2014 Living Wide Awake with All RIghts Reserved)

  2. Wow congrats Brooke! What u experienced is like a mini satori, eventually all paths lead home. My friend Rohan had an emotional changeover similar to your Kundalini awakening, but he worked out his issues using Stoicism. Different path, same results- emotional healing and optimistic fresh start. So happy for you!
